Payment Options

The Airport Pass & ID Offices accept the following payment methods:

Cash
Check
Cashier’s check
Money order
Credit/debit cards (in person only): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover
- A non-refundable fee for payments by credit/debit card will be billed and collected and displayed on your account statement as EHAWAII.GOV
- The non-refundable fee is composed of a 5% Convenience Fee plus a Transaction Processing Fee of 2.5% per transaction will be assessed by the credit card processing vendor.
